What you can do: well i started development so I'll see where it takes me

Why we should choose you:I think you guys should choose me because i can speak two other languages[french and Spanish][i think this helps if they are Spanish and french speaking persons coming to the server],I will try to make our players happy.If a dispute comes around i will not only listen to the story of the reporter but the story of the reported as well,i will look for witnesses to cover the reporter and reported stories.Things i can't handle i will run it by the head gm,then the co-Owners then the owner.Last,I give people another chance to tell the truth,clean up their acts and come with direct proof but anything severe i will not give that person another chance
